executive summary

In 2021, we sampled through 100+ green coffee lots and exported 11 tonnes generating USD 200,000+ in farm revenues for smallholder women coffee producers across the country. We connected them to buyers in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and South Korea.

We sent a majority of the coffee to Europe, followed by Canada, the U.S., and South Korea.

On average, producers earned 240% more prices than the average Commodity Market prices (C-price), while developing deep relations between the buyers and producers through Bean Voyage’s innovative market access program.

Our goal is to support producers build long-term relationships with buyers around the globe, provide timely feedback and ensure that information flow in both directions.
