WOMEN POWERED COFFEE

WOMEN POWERED COFFEE

Get women smallholder coffee farmers to market, by combining training, seed funding, and market access.

OUR BIG IDEA

The Problem

Seven out of ten hands that farm your morning coffee belong to women. But fewer than one in ten dollars from this $200 billion industry reaches them.

This isn’t just a wage gap — it’s a gap in dignity, food on the table, and the resilience to weather the storms of climate change.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Our Approach

When women are equipped with training, funding, and market access, they don’t just grow coffee—they grow thriving businesses that anchor families, heal ecosystems, and spark generational change.

Our Commitment:

By 2030, our ambition is to support 100,000 women coffee farmers in Latin America.

Our Impact

If we equip smallholder women with training, seed funds, and market access, then they will gain resources, earn higher incomes, and expand their agency — in their farms, households, and communities. With smallholder women, we are rewriting what resilience looks like for generations to come.
