Women-Powered Coffee Summit
October 15-17, 2026
Tickets Starting at $425
Why We’re Coming Together
This isn’t just another coffee event.
For four years, it’s been a meeting point where smallholder women coffee producers lead the conversation — not as guests, but as architects of the industry’s future.
In 2026, we want to deepen that commitment.
For three days in Chiapas, México, we will build a space where voices are amplified, opportunities are shared, and the center of gravity shifts toward equity. What will emerge is more than a summit — it is a community-in-motion. Women take the lead, sharing stories of success, sustainability, and resilience. We gather to remember that progress isn’t just about growth — it’s about return.
WPCS is our commitment to the following three pillars that guide how we gather, learn, and build community across the coffee value chain.
Our Three Pilars
❋ Safe & Inclusive Space
The summit aims to connect women from various sectors of the coffee industry, including producers, traders, roasters, baristas, and researchers, and provide a safe environment for them to gather and foster connections.
❋ Women as Protagonists
The summit seeks to create a space and platform for women to be the protagonists of their own stories, recognizing their knowledge and experiences that are often ignored or unheard.
❋ Success & Sustainability
By showcasing successful women in the coffee industry and emphasizing the importance of climate considerations and intersectionality, the summit aims to unlock potential and create opportunities for women to build thriving businesses.
