Her journey
From a young age, she was immersed in the rich traditions of coffee cultivation, learning the delicate balance between nature and nurture that coffee plants require. Under the guidance of her father, a seasoned coffee veteran, Mari honed her skills and developed a profound respect for the craft.
As she grew older, Mari's passion for coffee deepened, leading her to become a respected Q-grader. This accomplishment not only demonstrated her expertise but also her commitment to quality in every bean she produced. With this newfound knowledge, Mari took the reins of her family's coffee farm, Finca El Plátano, infusing it with modern practices while respecting its storied past.
