Six Organizations

2026

The Catalyst Lab

THE PROBLEM

Most coffee programs fail quietly.

Not because people don’t care.
But because organizations:

  • Launch programs without validating demand

  • Struggle to measure what’s working

  • Rely on funding without strong systems

  • Want to support women — but lack practical gender tools

Good intentions. Weak infrastructure.

And when the organization wobbles, the impact disappears.

THE SHIFT

If you want women farmers to thrive,
you must build organizations that thrive first.

The Catalyst Lab strengthens the engine — not just the output.

We are selecting six coffee-sector organizations.

By the end of 2026, this cohort will collectively reach:

350 people

through gender-inclusive programs rooted in equity and care.

Small cohort. Clear scoreboard. Shared accountability.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Monthly Working Sessions

Practical. Interactive. Built for immediate application. No passive listening. No slide decks you never open again.

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and half circle lines.

    Dedicated Mentorship

Each organization is paired with a mentor who works directly with you on your real challenges — strategy, validation, systems, messaging.

    Peer Power

Each organization leads one 45-minute session for the cohort.

    Why?
Because the smartest room is the room where everyone contributes.

    You might teach a skill.
    Host a discussion.
Present a challenge and workshop it live.

The cohort is a resource — not an audience.

A Global Stage: WPCS 2026, Chiapas

At the end of the fellowship, one member per organization will:

    Deliver a 7-minute TED-style talk

Showcase their work in a marketplace

Build relationships across the global coffee ecosystem

Housing, meals, and local transport included. (Flights not included.)

    You don’t just learn.
    You show up.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAVE WITH

Clarity.
Validated programs.
Stronger systems.
Gender-inclusive tools you actually know how to implement.
A network that lasts beyond the fellowship.

THE INVESTMENT

The full program value is $4,500 per organization, covering:

  • Six months of live training

  • One-on-one mentorship

  • Curriculum and tools

  • Participation at WPCS 2026 (housing, meals, local transport)

Credit card or bank transfer accepted.

If your organization grows stronger, the impact multiplies.
