We build thriving businesses with smallholder women coffee farmers in Latin America.
The Problem
Women are the backbone of coffee farming, making up 70% of the workforce, yet they earn less than 20% of the industry’s revenue. This inequity keeps families trapped in cycles of poverty, food insecurity, and climate vulnerability.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
Our Solution
Our goal is to transform the livelihoods of 5 million women coffee farmers globally, reaching 10,000 by 2030 to claim their share of this $400 billion market. With the right training, funding, market access, and business support, smallholder women coffee farmers can grow successful farm businesses.
