Oct 14: Rest day before Summit & Explore San Cris
What’s included: local transportation during the trip, accommodations (6 nights), and meals.
Small group. Big experiences. During the farm visits, we will host collaborative cupping with each group, so that all (producers + you) gain an insider’s perspective on women-led coffee farming in Chiapas, make lasting connections, and arrive ready to dive into the Summit.
