WPCS 2024 Ticket (Early Bird)

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming second edition of the Women-Powered Coffee Summit in Mexico this year. After witnessing the tremendous impact and significance of last year's summit, which effectively brought together producers, coffee traders, roasters, baristas, and other coffee professionals, we were inspired to continue fostering an authentic experience for all stakeholders in the coffee supply chain. This event serves as a platform for women coffee farmers to be able to connect with one another, and other actors in the coffee industry, while exchanging ideas, learning from each other, and most importantly, connecting.
What is included in the ticket by Ticket Type?
Admission only:
The opening ceremony with dinner and drinks on Day 1
Your 2-day pass for the event (all talks, workshops, and networking sessions)
Lunch, snacks, and (a LOT of delicious) coffee during the event
Happy hour on Day 2
Farm visit on Day 4
What is not included in the ticket (Admission Only)?
Transportation to/from the airport to your hotels in Cordoba (option to add)
Your ticket to and from Mexico
Your accommodations during your time in Mexico (option to add)
Dinners on Day 3 and Day 4 (note: there will be an Opening Ceremony with Dinner on Day 1 & happy hour on Day 2 of the event with light bites)
Transportation to/from set locations in Cordoba for the duration of the event (option to add)

Type of hotel:
We are partnering with local hotels (3-stars) within 5-10 minutes from the event venue like Hotel Villa Florida.
Single: You will get a room to yourself
Double: You will share a room with one other attendee. You can let us know their name, and we will assign them accordingly.
